Counterpoint Debt Collectors utilize and support a network of 18 BBB-EE SMME's of top quality tracers. The tracers are assisted in their duties by witnesses and fully maintained vehicles. Counterpoint Debt Collectors’ tracing agents are registered and comply with the requirements of the Council of Debt Collectors, ensuring professional and effective service at all times. Part of Counterpoint Debt Collectors vision, and which has been realised, is to create a stable environment for their tracing agents. This has been done to ensure proper work ethics that is based on accountability.

 

Office

Counterpoint Debt Collectors’ offices in Bloemfontein, Kroonstad and Welkom processes over 2500 signed legal documents a month, while our unique IP call centre handles over 15000 calls a month. This, accompanied by our well trained and committed staff, ensures effective collecting and vetting procedures. All calls are also recorded to ensure that Counterpoint Debt Collectors’ operates under a zero fraud tolerance policy.

 

Around the World…once a month! Counterpoint Debt Collectors’ large fleet of vehicles and committed tracers covers more than 50 000 km a month, which is enough to circumvent the globe… every month! Our proudest achievement in this regard, however, is keeping it green. In order to reduce Counterpoint Debt Collectors’ carbon footprint, we started producing our own Bio-diesel. All our vehicles are equipped for this environmentally friendly fuel to help ensure that the Earth stays green while we traverse it every month.
